At The Pilates Place, every class is designed to meet you where you are.

Our teachers offer multiple layers for each exercise, so you can choose what feels right for your body that day — whether you’ve been doing Pilates for 15 years or just started last week.

It’s common to have very different experience levels in the same room, and that’s exactly how we like it. You move at your own pace, feel appropriately challenged, and stay supported the whole time.

The result is a class that feels inspiring, personal, and encouraging — one you’ll look forward to coming back to.

New Client Introductory Packages

No membership or initiation fees. All intro packages activate on first use and expire in 21 days.

Group Class Packages

No membership or initiation fees. All group class packages expire in 6 months.

Private 1:1 & 2:1 Pilates

A personalized place to start, restart, or go deeper.

Private sessions give you one-on-one guidance using a variety of equipment — including the mat, Reformer, and Tower — all adjusted to what your body needs that day. If you’re working around an injury, recovering after rehab, returning after time away, or simply want more support with the exercises, this is often the best place to begin.

We also offer 2:1 semi-private sessions, perfect for sharing with a friend or partner while still receiving individualized attention and thoughtful modifications.

These sessions help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and restore confidence in how your body moves — in a comfortable, encouraging environment that meets you where you are.

No refunds or exchanges on any packages. Packages are not transferable to another person. Expiration is 6 months from date of purchase with the exception of the Intro Offers which expire in 21 days. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before class or you will be charged for the session.
